At this time orders are processed between 2-3 businesses days with additional time for transit. Processing and transit times may vary during peak season.
We want you to get you order as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, we don't have control once it's in the carriers hands.
Please note shipping delays do not allow for an order return.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Sales tax charges to orders will be reflected in the respective County and State of purchase.
Damages
Ataraxy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
